When completing an online policy purchase the following declaration applies

1) I/we Declare that all information supplied is complete and correct and I/we have disclosed all information relevant to the acceptance of this proposal.

2) I/we agree that this proposal shall be the basis of the contract between me/us and Kiwibike Insurance Ltd, Star underwriting Agents Ltd and Lumley General Insurance (NZ) Ltd and I/We am/are willing to accept the terms and conditions, and exclusions for these insurances.

3) The sums insured represent the full value of the property insured.

4) I/We understand that the site requests personal information about me/us which is held by Kiwibike Insurance Ltd, Star underwriting Agents Ltd and Lumley General Insurance (NZ) Ltd to evaluate my/our application for insurance. Failure to provide the information sought may result in my/our application declined or my/our insurance being void from the beginning

5) When applying for insurance I/We authorise Kiwibike Insurance Ltd, Star Underwriting Agents Ltd and Lumley General Insurance (NZ) Ltd  to;

a)Check details against the Insurance Claims Register and to place information on the Insurance Claims Register which other insurers can access:
b)Disclose personal information to other members of the insurance industry and/or parties who have a financial interest in the subject matter of this insurance
c)Obtain personal information held by any other party regarding my/our existing and previous insurances.


The Privacy Act 1993 requires us to inform you that the information collected on this site is required for your insurance and your obligations are stated in the above declaration. You do have certain rights of access to, and correction of, this information held by Kiwibike Insurance Ltd, Star underwriting Agents Ltd and Lumley General Insurance (NZ) Ltd and the Insurance Claims Register


All prices are quoted/charged in New Zealand Dollars and include all levies, fees and GST.
