to offer customers the ability to set up their own insurance online. This
gives you the choice of insuring your motorcycle at a time of day which
suits you. And we are
very pleased to announce the introduction of our own insurance, Kiwibike
Insurance.
We have kept our online insurance process down to a few simple
steps, so everything is fast and easy.
You still get the best possible premium based on the information you give
us, and you are covered from the instant your online form and payment are
accepted. We will then review your policy details on the next day of
business. If we decide a better premium or policy would suit, we will
contact you and advise you of your options. Rest assured you are still
covered while your policy is being finalised.
Premium options are annual and monthly,
please note that it is extra for the monthly option due to fees and
interest that we incur setting up the monthly option.
As always, we are only a phone call away. If you do have any questions you
want answered, don't hesitate to call.
Our money back policy enables you to have confidence in our service. Should
you decide to cancel your policy within 14 days of the set up date, we will
refund 100% of your premium.
Occasionally, you may be directed to call us because this particular policy
does not suit. Because we are brokers, we will make sure we find something
to meet your needs.
