We are sorry to hear that you have had an accident and we hope you are okay. As we are brokers and deal with more than one insurance company, we have different claim forms for different insurance companies. Please see below for selecting the correct claim form for your bike.

Supply Any Supporting Documents
- The current location of your bike.
- A copy of your drivers licence (front and back).
- Police Acknowledgment Document

Submit Claim
Once you have completed the claim form, please email the form back to claims@kiwibike.co.nz

The Process
Lodging a claim is easy!
Contact your preferred repairer and speak to them about collecting the bike and initiating an assessment and quote.
Once the insurer has appointed an assessor they will be in contact with you and the preferred repairer.
